I heard there was a male loneliness epidemic.
Guys…how can there be an epidemic when the cure is right in front of us?
It may be challenging at first. But most things worth doing are.
Leave the house. Learn a new skill. Volunteer with a nonprofit. Foster a cat. Just…do something.
Then tell people about it.
This may surprise you, but people will want to hear about it. They will give you attention. They will be excited to hear how you’re contributing to the community.
Talk to them. Ask them questions, learn about them.
This is what the rest of us do.

Wallow alone in jealousy and resentment toward the people who are struggling every day to be better. To help more.
What don’t you do?
Vote for people who destroy the nonprofits, libraries, and research institutions providing paths for these people to improve themselves, become more interesting, and help their communities.
Don’t be that guy. Just…be better. You’ll like what happens next.
